Scheduled Personal Reminders
Scheduled personal reminders is a unique feature which allows your members to schedule messages to be sent to
themselves on any future date. This handy service lets your members remind themselves about anything, such as
birthdays, anniversaries, meetings, appointments, calls they should make, etc. If your members hunt around on
the net they can find this service from third-parties for about $10/year -- each!
Scheduled Group Reminders
Scheduled Group Reminders are similar to personal reminders except that they can only be created by members
with administrator rights and the messages are sent to any group defined as a distribution list. Thus
reminders about an event can be scheduled to be sent to all members a few days before an event,
or a board of directors meeting reminder automatically sent to the board of directors.
Membership Surveys and Online Voting
Easily create membership surveys with any number of questions and both multiple-choice and/or
free-form text answers. This is a handy way to get quantifiable feedback from your membership. Surveys
may also be used for voting, allowing for both a list of candidates for each office and write-in candidates.
